WHAT METHODS DO YOU USE TO PRINT YOUR SHIRTS?

Lifewar Outfitters apparel is printed using a combination of screen printing and heat transfers, depending on what the particular design and/or production run calls for.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER FOR A PARTICULAR ITEM?

Since a variety of blanks are used for our items, we include a sizing chart under each product description for your reference.

WHAT IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER?

Please email us at support@lifewar.co.  Please note that this email address is SOLELY for problem solving and customer service, and any further questions/concerns should be directed to info@lifewar.co.

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We try to print and ship items 2-5 days after ordering.  Preorders could take a little longer, as each item is made-to-order once the order window has been closed. Once your order is shipped, it should take no longer than 3 business days (7 days for international shipments) to arrive.

Unfortunately, Lifewar Outfitters cannot be held responsible for lost/stolen packages, and reshipments or refunds will not be honored.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

 

WHAT ABOUT SALES TAX?

In order to comply with Uncle Sam, sales tax will be applied only on orders shipping to Missouri. 

DO YOU GUYS SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we do!  As long as your payment and address is accepted into our system, we will ship to you.  Please note that Lifewar Outfitters is not responsible for any customs fees or duties that may be applicable.
